This site is about the "International Radio Amateur Service": you will find here its brief introduction together with personal experiences and various matters as information on the area where I live, tourism, meteorology, geo-mapping, besides other personal interests.
The aim of this site is to share my experiences of an avocation developed in more than 35 years, still constantly growing, and on how, in my case, this one has influenced personal aspects as character, friendships, professional career and curiosity.
I wish that potential new hams or some newcomer can get so positive experience from this interest as the ones I have developed till now and still collecting today by dedicating myself to the various possible activities within the International Radio Amateur Service.
You will find a brief introduction to the “Ham Radio World” with links to web sites where it is possible to go in deeper detail for matters of interest and further information on our lingo and technologies we normally apply.
